During the second day of the VII European Congress of Local Governments in Mikołajki, a discussion panel “Internationalization of innovative enterprises – from strategy to implementation” was held.
Due to the fact that Poland is often a fairly large market for domestic entrepreneurs, many of them forget about the many benefits, not only financial, of the internationalization of the company. This topic looks particularly promising in the field of innovative enterprises for which services and products are in high demand abroad. How to create an internationalization strategy for innovative enterprises? How to implement such a strategy in the company and implement it successfully?
